Installation of self-priming pumps, especially newly installed pumps, must do a good job of vibration isolation measures, not lazy, otherwise in use, there will be a lot of vibration and noise. When the self-priming pump runs, the noise is bigger, the equipment will be damaged, and the noise pollution will also be caused. So we must do a good job of vibration isolation. How can the self-priming pump achieve the effect of vibration isolation?
1. Vibration isolation elements should be symmetrically arranged according to the central axis of the self-priming pump unit. The plane arrangement of rubber vibration isolation pads can be arranged clockwise or counterclockwise.
2. When six supporting points are adopted for vibration isolation components of the unit, four of them are arranged at the four corners of inert blocks or profiled steel frame, and the other two should be set on the long side line, and their positions should be adjusted so as to keep the compression deformation of the vibration isolation elements as consistent as possible.
3. When rubber vibration isolation pad or damped spring vibration isolator is installed in the vibration isolation of self-priming pump unit, there is no need to bond or fix rubber vibration isolator and damped spring vibration isolator with ground and inert block or steel frame.
4. When rubber vibration isolator is used in vibration isolation installation of seamless self-priming pump unit, it is appropriate to install profiled steel frame under the base of pump unit and adopt anchored installation; bolt is applied between profiled steel frame and rubber vibration isolator. Ground bolts are arranged in the ground or floor, and rubber vibration isolator is fixed on the ground or floor through the ground bolts.
5. The edge of the rubber vibration isolation pad shall not exceed the edge of the inert block; the supporting area of the profiled steel frame shall not be less than the supporting area of the top of the vibration isolation element.
6. When the frequency ratio of rubber isolation cushion can not meet the requirement of single layer arrangement, multi-layer series arrangement can be adopted, but the number of isolation cushions should not be more than five layers.
7. When the rubber vibration isolation pads are arranged in series, each layer of vibration isolation pads shall be separated by galvanized steel sheets with thickness not less than 4 mm. The steel sheets shall be flat, and the vibration isolation pads shall be bonded with the steel sheets by adhesive. The plane dimension of galvanized steel sheet should be 10 mm larger than each end of rubber vibration isolation pad. Rubber vibration isolation pads bonded to the upper and lower layers of galvanized steel sheets should be staggered.
8. Before installing ZXP stainless steel self-priming pump in construction, it should be inspected in time. When installing, the static compression deformation of vibration isolator should not exceed the maximum allowable value. Moreover, the vibration isolation components of the unit should avoid contact with acids, alkalis and organic solvents.
